A new version of the MCNA Dental Wellness Plan Provider Manual will go into effect July 1, 2021. It includes updated information for the new DWP Kids program. Effective of April 1, 2021, the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) is allowing dental providers to render services via asynchronous teledentistry (D9996). Only certain service codes are billable. Click here to learn more and find links to additional guidance from IME.
